Most liberals feel that America is an inherently racist country, yes?

So why exactly are we encouraging a bunch of impoverished peoples of color to immigrate here, and why is it such a terrible/mean thing to be turning them away at the border? You’d think they’d feel that we’re doing them a favor by shielding them from the racist horrors of the USA.
If leftists genuinely believe their overwhelmingly anti-American sentiment, why are they not encouraging poor Mexicans to immigrate south into nice South American cities where they’ll be “more accepted”? Do leftists believe, in their typical racist fashion, that every non-white country is a shithole that isn’t capable of helping the needy?
Any insight from our highly intelligent resident liberals would be much appreciated. I’m having a hard time understanding your hypocrisy

It's a country of systemic white oppression but a bunch of brown people are trying to illegally invade for better opportunities in our white supremacist land than in their brown utopias.

I can only conclude that it has to do with their strategy to dilute the power of the white voting block.
Yes, they put forth their argument that it is for humane/economic purposes that they support open borders and that people should be free to travel/migrate where and when they want, but it is never a right you hear them express wanting for themselves. It just applies to brown folks from south of the border and the Middle East and their desire to enter this country.

This crazy fat sky-screamer from Portland that used to be my wife’s best friend told me that the Star Spangled Banner is a symbol of white supremacy. She said this with a straight face.
After 35 years of friendship, she ended it because my wife made public her support for Trump at a very early stage.

I’ve yet to hear a liberal explain how a country that’s systematically racist and oppresses people of color allowed Asian males to become the highest wage earning demographic in America. Did we just let an entire race slip through the proverbial racist cracks? Or did a culture that emphasizes hard work, family honor and respect kick arse every day for decades and - gasp - succeed?

The US was extremely racist towards Asians in the 1800s and early 1900s. However, the population of Asian-Americans was only 0.2% or so back then, but they were treated with absolute disdain. Following that period, the US essentially excluded Asians from immigrating. The next wave of immigrants (i.e. the most significant population that brought us to current levels) didn't really arrive until around the civil rights era and beyond. By that time, America had come a long way in its views of race.
It's true that family life matters tremendously but you can't discount that idea that most current Asian-Americans do not descend from Jim Crow-era treatment. Plus, they freely immigrated to the US, so this population is different than "average" to begin with.
Very difficult to compare the history of Asians to black people in America. Wildly different circumstances.

How are they different than average? Does choosing to migrate equate to being more more intelligent or harder working? Do they not currently have the same opportunities as one another?

I’m not comparing their history. I’m asking the question, which you didn’t answer at all, how can America currently be racist and oppress people of color if one of those purported groups is the highest earning demographic in America?
