It invalidates a third branch of government meant to keep the other two in check. Packing the court is absolutely anti-American.

Mine as well. I have asked most coworkers if they have heard of legislating from the bench. All I get is looks of bewilderment.
I would ask them about the Biden comment about making Roe v Wade the law of the land. Doubt they understand separation of powers either.
But these are the people that vote, for Biden.

Yep, it would result in Congress basically having control over the Court, if there were such an effort and it achieved their goal, especially without a whole bunch of resistance.
Oh, and Pelosi would also like basically the ready ability to remove a President when she or the other involved persons felt an urge to commence that proceeding.

I’ll challenge that thought on government schools . They are controlled mostly by the local governments . As most if not all mid to large cities are Democrat run with failures abroad the whole spectrum of their incompetence. With that incompetence it spirals further down creating in this case bad leadership, teachers and kids have no chance . Now part of this could be resolved in the households with parental guidance but again we are talking inner cities here and “ they ain’t no time for dat “

I know. It’s now surpassed rioting as my biggest issue. I think it’s an emergency that we need a constitutional amendment capping the justices to 9. We’re actively flirting with civil war in this.

Most people probably believe that Court packing just means appointing judges with similar ideology to Biden. They don’t realize that it means actually expanding the number of justices as well. The press will make sure that this is not explained.
