Come on, lighten up, it’s a meme in a meme thread. It’s just for grins.

I love the sweet irony of Libs using a homophobic slur in a meme.

You guys are so twisted and convoluted in your efforts to embrace every weird subsect of abnormality that you can't even meme without fricking up and insulting your base.

I want better memes from the left though.

ETA: OK, OK, it wasn't terrible.

You must be under the impression that liberals don’t like humor. Believe it or not, most of us aren’t offended by everything.

That's like saying that most white people aren't white. Or that most black people aren't black.

Liberal and offended are the same thing.

Is it helpful? Probably not. Would I do it in front of my kids? No.

But I hope that’s true for most of you as well.

Well, I guess I’m the anomaly then. But coming from a stranger on a hard right political message board you can understand why I question your perspective (“liberal and offended are the same thing”). I’m sure you believe that, though.

On another note, how do you deal with DC traffic every day?

I'm a native Virginian and could not stomach that day in and day out.

I came through from Baltimore heading south on a Saturday during midday and was shocked at the traffic. It took hours to get past all the NOVA burbs.

I dont. Moved to Richmond almost a decade ago. I completely agree it’s inexcusably bad and not worth it. My wife hates it even more, think she’d leave me if I ever took a job up there again.

I grew up between Richmond and Williamsburg.

I love Richmond, the Tidewater area in general and the Outer Banks.

I wouldn't mind moving closer to home at some point.

When I lived there the whole county had two, maybe three stop lights and one was always just blinking.

It was a good place to grow up. I'm sure it's changed a lot and I doubt I'd like it as much.

I believe that, all my friends out there live in new construction mansions in developments w golf courses. Really nice and all, but not exactly a ton of character.

Still a lot of great fishing though.
