Moon and Rocket Man Meet For 2nd Time

Moon is a supreme cuck.
Kim is the supreme leader.
Is there any doubt that an agreement has already been reached and these meetings are just hashing out the details/action plan? The Singapore meeting will just be signing a piece of paper for the cameras.
Tillerson, Pence, and Pompeo have all had multiple meetings with the leaders of China, NK, and SK.
I think the deal was struck last summer or last fall.
