Thank you fricking bible beaters. I'm so glad my governor has never fricked a hooker. I'll gladly take being arse raped yearly by a liberal just so I don't have to think of our governor having sex with a woman who isn't his wife.

fricking idiots.

Yes, so they fricked themselves. I still can't figure out why they thought it was a good idea. He really fooled them w/ that Honor Code B.S.

B/c both of the other snakes, Angelle and the turncoat Dardenne, were RINOs. Dardenne showed his true colors and joined up w/ General Akbar, while the other "strong candidate" Angelle lost to a youtube cop for a congressional seat.

Muh honor code!!!

Louisiana elected a fricking retarded liberal sloth because they can't stand the idea of someone who cheated on his wife taking the governor's office. That is Louisiana's evangelical idiots at its finest.

I say all of this as a Catholic.

I'm not voting for my fricking priest.

If John Bel isn't booted the next election I will have lost the last bit of faith I have in Louisiana voters.

The GOP legislature isn’t proposing higher state tax to cancel out the new Tax Bill. Nor did they propose capping college coaches salaries, especially those from private foundations.

There is quite literally nothing redeeming about Louisiana.

At the local level we're ruled by culcha. At the state level we're ruled by a liberal who bows down to culcha and beats himself off each night to tax increases.

Why do I even try?

It's mainly the state Senate and the so called GOPers, Alario and his crew, who are nothing but RINOs and all for tax and spend. They only changed parties when Barry Soetro came around b/c they knew they would not be elected being associated the Dem party. JBE blames Jindal everyday yet he voted for at least 6 of his budgets ?????

I don’t mind coming in to say you're welcome and it’s nice to have some appreciation. JBE can be fought by the legislature. Vitter would have been worse than Long in terms of back room deals and using coercion to get his way.

So again, you are welcome.

Actually blame Vitter for earning the loss by running a terrible campaign that was lazy, overconfident and didn't anticipate the threat JBE could be by not laying a hand on him before the runoff.

Blame Dardenne and Angelle for tearing down the house of conservative unity for the runoff with several months of relentless character assassination against Vitter and then refused to make sure they keep the tax and spend liberal out of the governor's mansion by endorsing Vitter.

Blame bobby Jindal for doing everything he could to screw over Vitter including timing his exit from the Presidential race the same week of the runoff after putting a lot of funding and muscle behind Angelle.

If Vitter was really a weak candidate, what does that say about Dardenne and Angelle who couldn't beat him?

They had no business running in the first place because they were hopelessly unqualified and didn't have shite on Vitter's conservative and professional credentials so they had to drag him down into the mud.

I'm thinking though, that this board is one of the few places where he has a low approval rating. In December, the Advocate had his approval rating somewhere near 65% far outpacing Kennedy and Cassidy.

The idea that Vitter lost because people disapproved of his philandering is just plain stupid. Vitter lost because he is a choade as a person. Even people who raised money for him said this

Campaigning is retail and David Vitter is one of the worst retail politicians out there. If you can't shake hands with the common folk, talk to them and listen to them unscripted then you lose competitive elections. When you go and piss off the rank and file that you are going to need to win, then you lose. If you come across as a whiny arse bitch then people will vote for anybody but.

You don't know what you're talking about.

Some of the most corrupt politicians and special interests hated Vitter with a passion because he constant fricked up shite for them. Vitter being Governor was their worst nightmare.

John Alario.

Harry Lee.

Newell Normand.

The state legislature because he forced them to codify term limits.

Ambulance chasing Trial lawyers because he was going after their cash cow with Tory reform.

Bobby Jindal and that's self explanatory.

The sheriffs association after Vitter said he was going to rein in their fiefdoms.

And the teachers unions and associations.
