Mississippi opening school facilities June 1

For summer school, workers etc.
MHSAA just passed a one time Summer 2020 plan that athletic teams, bands, color guards can practice Beginning June 1.
No competition until the fall, but nice for the kids.

Limited two a days.
The reopening of athletics in the summer is intended to build up the athletes' conditioning in the first two weeks cautiously. In days one through seven, athletes are not allowed to practice more than one time a day. The total practice time each day should not exceed two hours.
The intensity level is allowed to increase by 75% in days eight through 14. Double practice days are allowed to begin on day seven and must not be on consecutive days. Sessions must be separated by at least three continuous hours in a cool environment. Double practices must not exceed three hours total for a day.
