The psychological need of Progressives to be so unpleasant to those they disagree with just seems infantile. Like the thought patterns of a very “ new” soul and lacking in wisdom . It reeks of insecurity, personal ingratitude and general unhappiness.
Well adjusted and fully- formed adults tend to be gracious to those they disagree with . It’s an expression of psychological well being to acknowledge the difference and be magnanimous. There are other means to defeat those you disagree with besides rudeness .
