lol Biden literally won the democrat primary election and had all 138 Michigan Democrat party delegates pledged to him. The State party had nominated him every bit as much as the NLP state party nominated Kennedy. The difference is Biden was allowed to drop out and Kennedy wasnt

Joe Biden was never the official party nominee and never received the nomination.

Umm... who won all the primaries? Who got all the democrat votes in all the democrat's primaries? Just sorta curious about that one, as I haven't really been keeping up.

quote:Joe Biden did. Think back to more contested elections just because a state voted Bernie in primary doesn't mean Bernie had to be on the general election ballot..... Same thing here. Joe Biden didn't win the DNC nomination so he's not on the general election ballot despite winning Michigan in the primary.

re there really RFK Jr voters out there that don’t know that he has dropped out of the race in Michigan, and that he’ll be a part of the Trump administration if Trump wins? Any real RFK Jr voter wants to see him in some important position, and the only way that happens is if they vote for Trump
It is primarily because they dont want to reprint fake ballots. Not enough time.

Joe Biden did win the state primary and was pledged all 138 Democrat delegate votes from the Michigan Democrat Party. The difference is the state NLP is colluding with Dems to hold RFKs nomination hostage, while simultaneously allowing delegates to repledge to Kamala with nothing more than a virtual roll call vote.

Not at all. Their interests are aligned as I explained earlier. Their ability to have a party nomination at all is on the line here...

Sure the delegates pledged for the democrat national convention. Prior to the convention Biden released them of their obligation as the rules allow in the DNC and they voted for Harris overwhelmingly.

Are they still not allowing CWest on the ballot too??

You are conflating the national parties with the state parties. NLP is a state party without a national party or convention, and did less to nominate Kennedy in Michigan than the state dem party did to nominate Biden. Michigan let the Dem delegates out of their pledge and the NLP didn’t. That’s the only legal difference… all while suing to kick an active independent candidate off of the very same ballot.
It’s election interference, and non of your bitching changes that.

State issue, i believe.
State issue that can affect a federal election. Would that qualify?

It should after the overturned that “state” issue when they tried to keep Trump off state ballots earlier this year?
Posted on 9/9/24 at 11:20 pm to TakingStock
I predict none of this will matter. Trump will still win MI. The swing states tend to all go the same way. I believe at least 6 out of 7 swing states go Trump, and maybe all 7.

Some poster from up there needs to form a party tonight and nominate Hillary.

Does anyone think this matters or hurts Trump?
No one who was voting for RFK and would vote for Trump after RFK's endorsement is still going to vote for RFK. At this point, I am all for giving people as many non-Harris options as possible.

they are gonna use his name on the ballot to throw votes his way that nobody is even voting.
this shite is so rigged!
we just need to get it on!!!!

Makes sense
Plus, they took Biden off the ballot and put the blow job queen on the ballot.
Imagine that.
Demoncrats never cease to be fricking hypocritical asshats. The root of all evil.

more about an extra slot they can shove these "found" votes into if the skullduggery is required in Michigan. They know eyes are on them and they can always scream "it was all those RFK votes!" when the numbers suddenly 'adjust'.
I mean the ballots are already filled out..
