Everyone remembers the audio of Michael moores speech that wee all heard a week or two ago. But we only got the first half of it. He goes on to say that it'll feel good for a day or a week, but the rust belt will realize that he won't do a thing for them. Anyone feel the same way or do you think Trump will keep his word. He compared the election to the Brexit vote and how they're all regretting their decision to leave the EU.

here's a link to the whole speech...

Trump might let the people down, but this is a really nice wake up call to politicians and the people in Washington.

No buyer's remorse here. The alternative will always have been worse. Now the Supreme Court is likely safe, and on the rest of the issues, I know that some will not get done. Work on the economy, and bring back American jobs and I'll be happy.

Potentially the most important piece, in my opinion.

I was never excited about DJT nor did I vote for him.

But I am glad he won. I will reserve any further judgment for a couple of years.

Moore's Brexit comment is BS.

Does anybody really give a good goddamn about what Michael Moore thinks or believes? I wish that pig would hurry up and have a heart attack. It baffles me how this guy gets so much attention. He is a talentless hack.

Nope but I do wonder why media interviewers never ask for substance surrounding such a statement. I know the reason why they don't ask. That's why I basically despise the media nowadays.

Why do we care about his stupid opinion anymore than we do any of these Hollywood types? They remind me of the people they interview on the streets that don't know any of the issues

Politicians naturally disappoint, as there is no way they can deliver on all of their campaign promises due to the setup of our government. However, if he succeeds in reducing the corporate tax rate and repatriates foreign money, the economy will grow and jobs will be plentiful.
