Watching Hannity a little while ago it's looks like his crew is setting it up to where Horowitz doesn't report what they want. I bet they are attacking him by the time the report is released.

Trump's going to have to declassify it all if we ever want to see the real truth. The whole damn thing is corrupt, and the country is going to bend over and take it once again from Obama and his team.

Of course He is, and He's digging His own grave in doing so. Trump will have the Original, and Horrowitz as well; and Horrowitz will have to testify. If Horrowitz' testimony conflicts with His original findings/Report...He'll be in trouble too.
Trump will Tweet and control the whole Narrative (as usual) and turn it all into an OBSTRUCTION scenario; wherein all attempts to coverup - even for the DOJ/FBI to save face - can and will be construed as CRIMINAL. Criminal, because there will be Crimes found.
Like they say: "it's not the crime, but the coverup". They are playing right into Trump's trap...AGAIN. He has the Goods, and the power to release them for the sake of restoring Institutional credibility.

An IG report requires due process which delays the final written product. All these agents and officials are lawyered up and their responses are reviewed and included in the final report.
