Mexico has cracked down on chemtrails and experiments in solar geoengineering after a rogue startup company attempted to dim the sun to fight climate change.
The controversial proposed climate solution, in which aerosol particles are released into the upper atmosphere to reflect the Sun’s heat, will no longer be allowed to take place in the country, the Mexican Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (Semarnat) announced last week.

No shite, I live near an airport in California. See tons of planes in the sky every day. The other day, while walking my dog, there was a large plane flying high, following the coastline, with a very noticeable vapor trail. One guy was outside of his house, filming it with his phone and asked me what I thought it was. I stopped and watched it for a few seconds. It was obvious it was spraying something out of it. It was pretty creepy. At first I thought it might have been another rocket launch but it was visible enough you could make out it was a plane. Meanwhile, a bunch of other planes, with engines going full bore in take off are going past us in the sky with no visible vapor trails.

Blocking out sunlight via sulfur particles could trigger rapid and significant global shifts in precipitation that could leave some parts of the planet flooded and others arid, according to past research. If not managed properly, solar geoengineering could lead to even more erratic and rapid changes in temperature than we’re currently experiencing under climate change. And the use of sulfur, specifically, would likely damage Earth’s crucial ozone layer.

You must be believing your lying eyes again.
All contrails spread out like thinned cotton... let me say it again for all you conspiracy theorist out here, the government and media has explicitly denied these claims and it is simply ice crystals.
