Several thoughts entered my mind. Drama queens. Petulant children. Low IQ. What about the rest of flipping America that has worked for the last 5 months? Private school - I need My kids in private school.

If they return to work they will return home in a body bag.

If we get school choice out of this shitshow, it might just be worth it.

I have no problem with these teachers who dont want to return to their jobs. They should be given 3 options, return to work, quit, or be fired. They can choose, no way they should be paid if they are not doing their job.

My sons had first day of school today (private) and had a great day.

My wife is a teacher (public) and had her first day with students today. She also said it was a great day.

Not much of a union around here though. The unions are to blame for the bullshite.

I like how teachers think they are more prone to catch the China Flu than nursery and daycare workers

These part-time seasonal workers make decent money when you consider how little they work.

You just can't make them happy.

I've had my kid in school this entire summer. Not a single case among kids, teachers, or anyone close to the teachers. Put them back in class. No work, no pay.

Time to start holding salary until they agree to go back to work

Mine has played travel hoops all summer long in crowded gyms and event centers. We’re all still standing as well as the other teams, coaches and parents as far as I can tell. Gross overreaction to the Wu Flu

My first thought upon reading your title... fricking juveniles. So yeah, you covered that one too.

My son goes to Roberts! I am so happy they are going back. His teacher is likewise really relieved and excited to be back in the classroom.

If they go digital the state should be able to double or triple class sizes and layoff 50% of instructors. Am I doing this right?
