For your reading enjoyment:

Merrick Garland should have recused himself from anything pertaining to former President Donald Trump. Period, full stop.

Think about it.

President Barack Obama nominated Merrick Garland for the United States Supreme Court in 2016. With the presidential election looming that coming November, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell halted the nomination and refused to allow it to even go to the Judiciary Committee, let alone to the floor of the Senate for a confirmation vote.

This immediately made Garland a major issue in the 2016 presidential campaign.

Donald Trump vowed to personally remove his name as a nominee for the high court should he win the election, and that became part of the reason for his historic and unlikely victory.

Trump won. Garland's name was withdrawn, and his hopes of landing the lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court and a place in American history were dashed forever.

Fast-forward to last year when Joe Biden became the accidental place-holder president for the Establishment and the Deep State. He made Garland Attorney General partially as a consolation prize and partially as a symbolic message to Trump and Republicans.

Easy answer, because they're ALL part of the Washington ruling class.

Kispy Kreme recommended Wray to Trump.

When you're not a career politician, you don't know all the tricks or all the names, etc. There are lots of pros, but this is one of the cons. Trump's strategy was largely composed of hiring novices he knew personally (his kids, Omarosa, etc.) and bringing in establishment types he mistakenly trusted who recommended swamp rats. Trump can't peer into the soul and know the mind and history of every single person he needs to appoint. Pence was one of his best choices because he waited over 4 years to fail hard.

So are you saying he didn't drain the swamp? He actually appointed them?

Trump's Presidency proved what I've said for years: DC is a Uniparty robbing us blind.

You groomers don't care though. As long as your domestic enemy struggles, that's all you care about.

There can never be an outsider to go in DC and do something good. It will never happen now. The country is done, but you keep cheering on what's happening.

OK, I'm not a psychologist but I have noticed something about Merrick Garland's speech and demeanor when addressing the camera. It's hard for me to describe but I'm gonna take a shot:

When you hear Garland speaking to the camera imagine a teenager who is in over his head for the event and he's trying to bluff his way through with bravado that does not exist in his nature.

Geez, it's almost as if Trump were a complete Political outsider and was relying on the only info available to him...

That’s the problem with D.C. It’s a merry-go-round. You’re shuffling deck chairs on the Titanic when you hire from within DC. If you hire outside DC, like he did with DeVos (who did a decent, if not great job), the swamp loses its mind.

No doubt Garland has a vendetta against the man that stopped his cushy SCOTUS retirement-Donald J. Trump.

Garland is old school Chicago and Clinton appointed him. He also went to Hawvad.

Which is why the best way to fix it is to defund it. Money is driving the machine. Trump/Republicans should run on a promise to cut every federal budget by 40%. Starve these motherfrickers. Even if it has negative consequences in services/oversight. It's the only way to wrest some control.

I was just reading an article about DOJ and FBI allegedly getting death threat and stepping up security for their agents, Garland and Wray.

I'll issue a threat of my own and something I hope happens to them all.

I plan on working to elect President Trump in 2024 so he can clean those viper nests out.THAT is the threat. I hope Garland, Wray and every single person that had anything to do with the persecutions that have been ongoing over January 6th and yes that raid are investigated indicted for Seditious Conspiracy and go to prison for a very long time.

The Left never recuse or apologize. Ever.

Kagan should never have ruled on Obama care, because she worked on it before being appointed to the USSC.

Media didn’t care s but because she was a lesbian/ Dem.

He's just a well-paid brownshirt for the marxist democrat party. What grinds my gears the most is the fact that the moment republicans are in charge, they take their cue from the propaganda media to be conciliatory, put the past behind us, reach across the aisle, have the work of the American people to do, etc.

I want a raid on Hunter's house. I want a raid on Biden's house. I want a raid on Obama's house. I want a raid on Valerie Jarret's house. I want a raid on Hillary Clinton's house. James Comey, Peter Strozk, Lois Lerner, Mike Holder, Huma Abedin, and whoever that goggle-eyed lying frick in congress is, I want a raid on all their houses as well. let's not forget Pelosi, Schumer, Buttgigger, and let's throw in Mitch McConnell for good measure. Then we can start talking about letting bygones be bygones.
