Move over St Louis and New Orleans. Memphis will no longer be the safe city it was known to be.
Local Memphis paper.

Well, I'll use tripfinder to route around downtown Memphis from now on.

Tennessee is next on the dems list of states to flip. They've got Georgia, they've almost got North Carolina, and democrat voters have been flooding Nashville and Memphis.
It seems awfully coincidental to me that these leftist hotspots are all major metropolitan areas in traditionally red states, like Atlanta, Austin, Nashville, Denver, and Raleigh. This feels like a coordinated effort between democrats and Corporate America.

Mulroy, in contrast, drew support from high-profile national figures, including EGOT winner John Legend, rapper and actor Common and civil rights attorney Ben Crump. And, he was joined at a luncheon by family members of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and Jacob Blake, Black men and women whose stories spread nationwide after they were killed or severely injured by police.
For frick’s sake.

Mulroy said his first priorities if elected would include diversifying the office, beginning a conviction review unit and taking a second look at bail policies.
Off to the same failed start as other dipshit DAs that have flamed out spectacularly and caused their cities to fold into chaos.
The home builders in Desoto county, MS are about to make even more bank.

Memfrica has one of the highest crime rates in America. You’ve got a 1 in 12 chance of being a victim of violent crime or property crime if you live there.

Don’t forget this is happening everywhere there was a soros DA in Tampa and there is one in Orlando

This is terrible. There were also numerous judges on the ballot elected during this primary. I had no idea who they were. AND Cohen and Kustoff won their primaries for House of Rep easily. Sadly, there is no resistance in west Tennessee.

The Shelby County Republicans took a shellacking last night - thanks to the pathetic local leadership. It’s almost like they rolled over as there were several winnable races.
The DA loss is bad, really bad. The moving vans are cranking up.

Memphis has been a shithole for decades. Violent crime rates are 4x higher in Memphis than the national average.

I’d prefer taking my chances in Desoto or Tate county MS and never get near the shithole of Memphis….

Why the hell would anyone be surprised?

There are now 75 (at least) soros DA's in America.
The criminal is the victim.
Bail isn't required.
Those that do end up in jail amazingly get light sentences.
I live in shreveport, I see this firsthand
Thankfully the hoods in shreveport are still pretty defined by location.
