I hope they push this to the full extent on the law. The Hollywood elite class has for far too long lived above the law.

But in reality I believe they will drop the case as soon as they feel they can do it without much attention or backlash.

The old “I didn’t know” defense.

Who’s this guy’s lawyer? You commit a willful premeditated criminal act then go with the “i didn’t know” defense????

That really sounds like the dumbest defense plan....a professional came up with that? Where would we be as a society if the "out" was ...."i couldn't fully comprehend the totality of the costs"

To me...that's actually, in my opinion, dumber than the hoax

Chicago Police and the Mayor’s office are both rightfully pissed about this and the judge. They are perfectly happy nailing his arse to the wall any way they can.

Not even the people that desperately wanted his bullshite story to be true believed him.

Not that the FBI can be trusted these days....but aren’t they looking into why the criminal charges were dropped?

I've always heard that "Ignorance is no excuse, under the law".

I think "Stupid" should not be an excuse either.

Can’t an African brother who makes up racism for both professional and financial gain get a fair shake in today’s cracker infested world?? You’re acting like he’s been lynched!

This is what I posted about this on the O-T thread:

It should be noted that Kamala Harris and Corey Booker who were friends with juicy, as seen in many pictures. Harris and Booker were trying to pass an anti lynching bill at the time of the "incident" and they jumped on this story to promote the passage of their bill.

Just saying...it goes deeper

Did this lawyer argue this with a straight face?
