...this is the woman who will undoubtedly file charges against the McCloskey's, the St. Louis couple who stood outside their home brandishing weapons in order to defend both themselves and their property against a crowd of Leftist thugs who had broken a security gate and invaded private property while chanting intimidating slogans against the residents of said community.

Fox News

Gardner, who was elected in 2016 on a platform of reforming the criminal justice system, was reportedly backed by liberal billionaire George Soros.
ST. LOUIS COUPLE WHO BRANDISHED GUNS BEING INVESTIGATED AFTER CLASH WITH PROTESTERS
Since being elected, Gardner has butted heads publicly with Missouri’s Republican attorney general and faced lawsuits for allegedly ignoring public records requests.

I'm sure we're all shocked to discover that George Soros funded her 2016 campaign.

EDIT - Kim Gardner's Wikipedia Page

quote:

2016 campaignEdit

Gardner ran against three Democratic opponents to secure her post as Circuit Attorney (CA) in the 2016 elections, following the retirement of Jennifer Joyce. She ran on reforming and rebuilding trust in the criminal justice system and reducing violent crime. She also promised to increase diversity, bring independent investigations of police use of force, work to reduce racial disparities, and enhance gun control.[2][3][4] Gardner's campaign accepted $190,750.73 from super PACs.[5]

Yep those 2 are fricked. Even more so if she had a hyphenated last name.

Just think how fricked those people would be if they weren't wealthy lawyers.

This is a clear message. The mob is in control and has the backing of the government. Any attempt to defend yourself, your family, or your property will land you in jail and/or bankrupt you.

Okay, a mob with a history of violence and looting breaks into a private neighborhood and enters the grounds of a private residence and the Owner exits the residence with open carry firearm (fully legal) for a show of force to deter the mob and he is the criminal?

And the resident it a powerful Democrat attorney? This could be very fun to watch.

Gardner is the one that set up and framed the incumbent republican Governor, Eric Greitens and ran him out on rail with help from RINOs forcing Greitens to resign.

Rich white people “threatening” leftists are criminals. Poor blacks burning and looting are not.

This is not a drill. Our intersectional chickens are coming home to roost.

The wife was a little erratic coming into the yard and waving it around. The husband did nothing wrong.

Still have a problem with charging them with anything in that circumstance. How are they not expected to be in reasonable fear of life or limb in that situation? And they didn’t even shoot. They (he) just stood there with it.

Absurd to charge them.

Despite confession, Gardner says not enough evidence to file charges in fatal shooting of 8-year-old

She’s a terrorist. What else to say?

I think DOJ will be all over this if she presses charges. She’s merely posturing IMO

I truly feel that if this filthy whoring traitor kunt Gardner pursues a prosecution of completely innocent and righteous Americans defending their lives and property, this will actually be a good thing in terms of the outrage and backlash she will face. I think this one incident and issue, if she pursues the corrupt path she is on, will be sort of a high water mark for her, and she will be humiliated and hopefully run out on a rail. This might even become a "bridge too far" event, that will help to take some of the hot wind out of the sails of the rioters and looters. I say try and bring it on, you filthy whoring un-American bitch.

You have too much faith in the average St. Louis voter.

The only hope to get Gardner out of office is Mary Pat. St. Louis is 45% black and 44% white.

So they exercise their rights and may be arrested meanwhile criminals destroy the gate to get in which is a crime and trespass on private property and no arrests???

She also let all the rioters arrested on any charges including felonies earlier this month during protests. Another racist in charge.

I definitely think there's some risk for both her and the Left if she blindly pursues this purely for extremist ideological reasons.

I stayed at the Hilton brand hotel by the arch and the blues arena. I was shocked at how dead downtown was. Then the bartender explained the city dynamics.

I loved Columbia though save for the battery powered scooters.

I don’t want to live in the same country and society where a prosecutor like this is allowed to hold office anywhere. The only answer is permanent and complete separation. Segregation isn’t acceptable so the only solution is to partition the country. Multi-ethnic democracy has never worked in the history of the world. Only multi-ethnic empires and those all eventually fell due to internal destabilization. I want to live in an America style society of at least 100+ years ago except with modern technology.

Yikes. You could’ve died. Just kidding. But not.

If you’re in the area again, hit me up. I’ll buy you a bourbon or scotch or whatever.

This kind of law and order is coming to Baton Rouge and New Orleans within ten years.
