As a white farmer in Zimbabwe I would definitely have a contingency plan. You know as these farms come back and the food situation recovers there's going to be some greedy natives wanting to capture those profits. That's when it's time to bolt, again.

Well CA is trying (or did already) to repeal its laws that prevents state agencies from making hiring decisions based on race, gender, religion, etc.
