Layer from St. L who defended his home with AR-15 after rioters broke down iron gate in front of home.

Hope they show the statement damning them from the DA. The one of accusing them of crime against "peaceful protesters".

That went as expected nothing but a simple story

Very smart by McCloskey and his attorney. McCloskey needs to shut up let the prosecutor screw this up.

Interesting. The guy seemed genuinely hurt being labeled a "racist" for protecting his home. As life-long Democrat, I think the red pill is slowly working it's way into his stomach.

"The Political Animal" he called the State Prosecutor. Only 23% prosecution rate with 100% turnover. I wonder how that stacks up against other major cities?

And she sued the Police Union under some KKK act...

He called the black DA a “political animal”. I’m sure there will be fauxtrage across the land for the perceived racial implications.

That last video clip exonerated him. You can clearly see they were on his property past the sidewalk.

As the attorney said, as long as the LAW prevails -- he has nothing to worry about..

The whole street is private. The city counselor affirmed that in the PD today. There’s no public easement. The occupants of Portland Place own the whole area. It’s private property. They are free to restrict car and foot traffic.

It will because they won’t be able to seat a jury inside the city. Go to the counties the jury becomes more favorable

Amen. Is that the best he could do?

ETA: He might be the best out there, I don't know. I fell for the creepy looks.
