This is exactly what the GOPE is about.

quote:

Cindy McCain, the spouse of the late Sen. John McCain (R-AZ), said Monday on MSNBC’s “Live” that the Republican Party has to stop pushing “fear and anger and hate.”

She cited the “ridiculous” outrage over Dr. Seuss Enterprises’ decision to cancel six of his books from publication.

On no Republican senators voting for coronavirus stimulus, McCain said, “As you saw the polling numbers represent that 59% of Republicans want this. They want the two parties to work together to solve the problems of our country. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen with this latest vote. What we’ve talked about and the reason I did what I did is that it is time that we begin to work together for the good of the country.”

This is what they are all about!

They literally hate their voters for standing up to them.

How about she address that only 10 percent of the "Covid Relief" bill actually addresses Covid relief and that the other 90% is junk that no Conservative wants passed. Regardless of the empty check DC is promising.

Odd how the two parties working together only ever goes one way.

That didn't ask a single "republican" on this board. What are the odds?

There is no way a republican wanted to bail out pension plans in NY, Ca., etc.

Hyperinflation on the way.

59% want a stimulus, not a bill thats only 10% stimulus and the other 90% is funding for liberal pet projects, bailing out city and state governments that have been mismanaging their budgets for decades and/or cash strapped because of their terrible pension plans, and funding crap in foreign countries like gender studies in Pakistan.

You can still be angry at what Trump said about preferring heroes who don’t get caught, but the sentiment of personally attacking John McCain was wholeheartedly and entirely valid.

His insult may have been poorly worded, but I completely agree with his motivation behind it.

I think as time goes forward, Trump will be proven more and more right.

They only it when the Dems want something.

Has ANYONE ever suggested that Navy Pelosi work with conservatives to get something done that conservatives want done?

Yeah. Didn't think so.

McCain said, “There’s a great deal of frustration. What was occurring on Fox or any of the other news stations with regards to Dr. Seuss and the rest of it is really rather ridiculous at a time we are facing what has occurred regarding the pandemic, regarding the economy. People are out of work. We need help.”

I love how these frickers try to turn this shite on its ear like this.

So MCCain votes to impeach Trump just to work with idiots? Trump did nothing that was impeachable. Those idiots mcCain wants to work with did not investigate anything to determine whether Trump did or did not commit an act worthy of impeachment. No one did. Come to find out, the democrats used much worse language that lead to many riots in which people were greatly injured, some died, and cities were burning.
People were breaking into the capitol during Trumps speech which was a 45 minute walk from where he was giving the speech. Also if you were at the capitol breaking into it you could not have been listening to Trumps speech.
There was a false story about a cop being killed by a fire extinguisher. This has been proven false. A cop did die, but now they will not say what caused his death. He did not get hit in the head as the fake story claimed. He was quickly cremated so no one knows the cause of death.
The only other death was of a 5'2: 110 pound female who was unarmed. She was shot and they will not reveal the shooter.
These people McCain wants to work with are evil.
There is a story in the Bible that explains what happens when people work with the devil. They get everything completely wrong and eventually suffer greatly for it.
Moralof the story: Do not deal with the devil.

I don't put much stock in the opinion of someone (Cindy McCain) whose crowning achievement was being born.
