McCabe to sue Trump admin for defamation, wrongful termination

Former deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe is planning to sue the Trump administration for defamation and wrongful termination, according to multiple media reports Friday.
McCabe’s lawyer Michael Bromwich told reporters that McCabe is also considering filing other civil claims.
He said that the legal team hasn’t yet figured out when they’re going to file the lawsuits.
“We’ll file when we’re ready,” Bromwich said, according to Axios.

The attorney also announced the launch of a legal defense fund for McCabe, and will likely transfer the money raised for McCabe's legal cost through a kickstarter to the fund.
Bromwich also accused opponents of McCabe, like President Trump, of "continuing slander." LINK

He's going to get laughed out of court. Two internal investigations found cause for termination and now the IG's Office has recommended criminal prosecution.

These lawsuits are about one thing and one thing only.
Keeping shite in the news through November.
If Mueller calls it a day in the next week or so, they understand how the news cycle works.
So. Now, they need to have a bunch of new shite that can "leak" from the initial civil suit proceedings. They don't need to win. They just need to keep it in the light so CNN can keep it on the front burner.

Bingo. McCabe knows he can't win here, the DNC knows they aren't going to be awarded. They don't care. All they care about is keeping "Trump faces legal troubles" in the news until the elections and then beyond.

On the surface prediction:
-Won't win the defamation claim, he's a public figure, malice or reckless disregard of the truth is near impossible to prove and it doesn't appear that was the case with Trump
-Wrongful termination will be barred because of sovereign immunity, President was acting within the official role of the office
