I doubt he was discussing nuclear action, or military action at all. In fact, I think he was talking about getting rid of kelly, mattis, and/or tillerson. Some or all of that equation.
But who knows? probably just trump.
The statement was ridiculous. He could have easily said something more direct, or even indirect and got his message across. "We are looking at a lot of options right now" or "changes is in the works, details coming soon"
Something like that is more concrete but still carries the same cliffhanger message he wanted to send.

Tillerson is gone that is for sure, just a matter of when. Kelly was allegedly pulled from AF1 to Vegas, same thing happened to spicer before he was canned. And then you had the kelly / phone story yesterday.
Mattis would be really a surprise, but he had friction on the trans ban with trump and was at the tillerson meeting this week.
We will know shortly, at least for this week.

I hope he was talking about getting rid of Sessions. He has done nothing but declare a "war" on MS-13. Why hasn't Sessions done something about Benghazi, Comey, Lynch, voter fraud, the e-mails, etc? Sessions, apparently, is nothing more than a barking dog. Just my opinion.
