Massachusetts on the verge of banning balloons statewidePosted by PEPE on 10/17/19 at 10:36 am

https://boston.cbslocal.com/2019/10/16/massachusetts-balloon-ban-bill/
Both the sale and use of balloons would be banned statewide, punishable by fines for non-compliance.
Straws, balloons, what is next? Every single personal freedom you have is subject to somebody deciding it's "bad for the environment"
Banning meat is the their eventual endgame in all of this, make no mistake.

No, state control over every aspect of an individual's personal decisions is the eventual endgame in all of this. Goods, services, transportation, healthcare, food, housing, jobs, etc. Part of that may include banning meat, but it's all about power.

These crazies refer to plastic straws as "gateway plastics."
We are living in an absurd world.

This will really cook your noodle...
Cattle ranchers hate balloons. If a cow eats one it can die, and they come back down in rural pastures quite often as you could imagine.
So, good job saving the cows, Libs.

Yes and if theres enough money they can pay for research that concludes such things.
This is why the climate change folks cant be trusted. It's a trojan horse.

If this happened in my state, I would have fun with it.
Get a supply of balloons and a helium tank and let one go every day from my patio.
I like fricking with people, I can't help myself.

Mylar balloons will cause power outages if they are caught in the lines. Always have an outage or two around graduation time. Doesn't mean we have to ban them you no fun having Massachusetts folks

Insert Hillary woah gif.
quote:
“The sale, distribution and release of any type of balloon, including, but not limited to, plastic, latex or mylar, filled with any type of lighter than air gas, both for public or private use, is hereby prohibited,”
So you can still buy them and blow them up with air, just not helium, correct? For whatever dumb reason, they don't want balloons that float.
What will this guy do?
