Back 30 years ago, we were scared to death of UV. Maybe, it is just damage to eyes that is a concern? Or, prolonged UV to skin and in this case lungs, but short dose is okay?
If it is safe, it seems like a hand sanitizer where you put your hands in a UV "light box" would be helpful, but I suspect that prolonged exposure effects are not good. Like X-rays, just lower energy.

I was floored when I heard on the Dan Bongino show that Google's Youtube actually removed the account of the stock market listed company because of the UV video. wow
