Maricopa County in Arizona will carry out a comprehensive forensic audit of its voting systems to allay concerns raised by some constituents about the integrity of the November 2020 election.

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously at a meeting Wednesday to hire two independent companies to conduct an audit that will probe whether voting machines counted votes correctly, and whether they were tampered with or hacked in any way.

The Republican-dominated board defended the accuracy of the county’s election results while expressing hope that a comprehensive equipment and software audit would dispel concerns that the results were inaccurate.

Those machines have probably been restored back to normal operation. This audit should have been done the day after, before the Dominion IT guys got to “fix” them.

3 months later.

Those machines have been wiped clean. Like with a cloth.

They need to have both Col Waldron and Jovan Pulitzer on the team or consulting and observing.

Waldron for machines, Pulitzer to analyze ballots for counterfeits and suspicious markings.

If they don't, it is just a cover up.

But, we need to know this. We need Col. Waldron's team to examine them.

Audit results depend on several factors. Not the least of which is the "audit trail". Poor audit trails will yield useless results.

Another issue is the requirements established in advance to determine an acceptable vote verses a rejected vote. If you have no "rules" governing that, then audit results are useless.

So, I am guessing the Audit Results will be useless...

This is not GREAT NEWS.

This is HORRIBLE.

They are doing the exact same thing Ga did. Just verifying the software was up to date etc.

The Senate is still trying to do a deep dice into it, but the Maricopa County board is still refusing the subpoenas

Do they mean voting machine audit?
Or are they talking about entire system and they will audit ballots?

Need to audit the ballots going in and audit the machines. If you only do one, it's pointless.

Your team asked for an audit and got 2. Now you are complaining that the audits don't involve these two wing nuts? Why didn't your group ask for that up front and save everyone a bunch of time and money?

The audit needs to start with the original paper ballots, registrations and then to the software and its results.

The registration audit has already mostly been done.

Left—“ We told the world there was no fraud and here is the forensic proof.”

Right—-“But you waited 3 months-the hard drives could have been wiped.”

Left—-“We have forensic proof-you have nothing.”

Right—-“Very well-Thank you”

All bullshite.
