Manafort never fully cooperated, and the SC knows that

I think Manafort did 45 solid and held strong --- took a huge gamble and won. I think Muellers inability to flip and bury Manafort did the investigation in. They know he didn't tell the full truth or story and Manafort knows too. TS Ellis did PM SOLID with the minor sentence and not letting Mueller bury him with a huge long sentence.
I believe the story lies here, and this was one of the failures of the SC.

What I stated was a fact -- its in court orders and proceedings -- manafort continually misled investigators and never fully cooperated.
