well, if you want to be mad, then be mad, but keep in mind the civilians helped after the police had control of they guy with a knife and after the officer asked "hey you want to help?"...
because the kid was determined he wasn't going to comply...and probably was about to have his arm broken
I have no clue where that mentality comes from....
