.... and then she walks up to the retired police officer, with a key balled into her fist, and proceeds to strike him, leaving a hole to the bone in his face.
Because he was wearing a red hat y'all.
Sooner or later these lunatics have to start being taken down. Turning the other cheek is not working.
This guy is a New Yorker who was simply in Nashville, Tennessee, with his wife, celebrating his 50th birthday. It was a surprise birthday trip to meet with friends and family and the hat was actually a birthday gift.
The female walked up to him, spun him around, screamed "how dare you you fricking NAZI!" and then she nailed him.
The Cop said she had a nice punch, she was trained.
Hotel security swooped in and separated the two but they let the woman go. LEO pressed charges but the woman was already gone.
Caucasian female, mid 30s to early 40s, 5'6" brunette.

I was watching his interview (the guy's name is Danny Sprague and he was on Liquid Lunch) and he said he continued to wear the hat for a couple of days and white and black women would approach him as if to confront him .... until they actually read the hat, then some would wish him a happy birthday.

This pisses me off. I live in Nashville and this is the first I've heard of it. Of course, it's not being covered by most of the news organizations here in town.
