This is just an example of the Left using words for effect, not for veracity.
You would THINK the principle would be: "It is wrong for a president to pardon family members." I am sure if this douche canoe were to respond now, he would say "In THIS case Trump is just too much of a loose cannon. The pardon was justifiable."
What they REALLY mean is it's (D)ifferent. There are no principles for the Marxists. EVERYTHING is just a tactic to be used or abandoned to fit the purpose.
