Of course he does. He, typically, thinks like the new dictators in Zimbabwe and South Africa. Get rid of the white man and all our troubles are over. We'll just take over everything. No, that's when all your problems begin since there is a reason the white men were running everything! One good outcome would be a cure to the immigration woes. Mexico would be building a wall to keep Americans out and America would be getting foreign aid from Venezuela and Brazil.
