Anyone involved in any of these projects or their funding? Live in any of the project areas?

I live in one of the areas listed as recieving federal funding in the Advocate article. But these are the same fixes and funding that have been promised for 30 years. Are there any more hurdles for these projects to jump? If not, when should be see some dirt moving? Thanks for any input.

The only ones I am fairly familiar with are the Comite river diversion and the Laurel Ridge levee improvements, and yes both will begin real soon.

We just applied for one. The application process is a nightmare and the website for submitting it must have been made by the same people who made the Obamacare website.
