I'm sure you're fighting just as hard for all the other actual constitutional and amendment rights.
Every time someone brings up abortion, I'm going to ask about their stance on gun control. One is an actual, real, constitutionally protected right... the other is a state by state issue.

Does Louisiana have a law that classifies the murder of a pregnant woman that results in the death of the child she was carrying as a separate murder charge for the unborn child?

Instead of all this nonsense, why not just pay a lump sum to people and have them spayed and neutered. Would pay dividends in the long run

Well you would get charged with 2 homicides if you killed a pregnant woman so this seems pretty consistent with that law which no one ever had a problem with
