Amendment number 2 is well on its way to passing tonight.

Way to go Louisiana in preserving liberty, freedom and limiting the power of the state!!!

The other 49 states has unanimous jury, still have their SJWs and is getting along just fine.

10-2 would have made OJ easier b/c he was acquitted, so only 10 of those 12 would be needed to acquit

if you get a mistrial you don't just get released and you can/will be tried again
