2016 - 2017 La is 50/50 with -0.2% GDP.

Louisiana is ranked 41st in 2018 with 1.1% GDP growth well below the national average.

One or two decent quarters does not make up for 3+ years of shitty GDP.

I'd like to point out that Louisiana's Q1 growth last year was 4.3 percent and the state ended the year with 1.1 percent growth.

So we're not even on the same pace as last year.

There's a Harvey Keitel quote from Pulp Fiction about premature congratulations that I won't repeat which perfectly sums this up.
