One was a good friend for 20 years, a black guy, who said he "though I was a good person" and now unfriended me from FB and hasn't talked to me in months.
And on another note, so many people repeat the same rhetoric "Trump hates women, is racist, anti Semitic etc....don't they all sound like sheep after a while all repeating the same thing the media feeds them?? I had a friend just recently yell at me about how much "Trump hates women". I told them he treats everyone who attacks him the same....it has nothing to do with him hating women....they just say I am naive and in denial.

They weren't your friends in the first place.

They weren't really friends. You really should replace your black friend though in case affirmative action is extended to our personal lives when the progs gain control.

I told you to sober up before sending emails. Should have covered Facebook as well. My bad.

Sucks.

That's why you don't put TOO much political shite on Facebook. It brings out the worst in the dumbest.

Cutting simple minded, superficial friends out of your life is a net positive. And that they initiated the break on account of their idiotic political assumptions should make your conscience all the clearer.

I had a race baiting black friend constantly posting bullshite on Facebook during the campaign season. Not a good friend by any means though. Got tired of his bullshite and very respectfully disagreed. Irrationally lashed out and deleted me, which really came as little surprise to me given the attitude and tone of his commentary. People like that are truly cowards when it comes to intellectual debate and you should never refrain from expressing your true convictions and beliefs on account of preserving the superficial friendship of small minds.

It's seems like everyone I know thinks the same....Or at least they are the ones to speak out. People act shocked at people who support Trump. They say "even now after everything he has said". And "how can you support him when he has done nothing"

My best friend was an Obama delegate. He didn't like that I support Trump, but we are still best friends. We just no longer talk politics. Anybody that quits being your friend over politics isn't your friend.

They think they are isolating you from society, but really they are just isolating themselves from normal society.

Forgive them for they know not what they do. They will come back if you don't burn any bridges.

No one needs the media to opine on Trump's misogynist, racist, belligerent, bully nature. All you have to do is listen to his words and follow his actions. The real sheep are those who believe this man gives a flying rat's arse about the average American.
I heard some redneck from Mobile say that he doesn't care about Russia. He cares about paying his bills and having a chance to retire one day and that's why he supports Trump. That's fricking silly. Trump doesn't give a shite about his pay or his retirement. Trump rode his populist lie to the White House but he has no regard for real working men and women. He favors the rich, the powerful, bankers etc.

Because you're probably insufferable on Facebook posting stupid shite from made up news sites spouting right-wing conspiracies constantly.

It's highly annoying when half your feed is dominated by dumbasses who believe some of this stupid shite. And it's not just the right wingers. Extremists on both sides are the worst.

I doubt anyone would unfriend you because you like Trump but if you're like my Trump supporter friends, you never stfu about it.

His sexually assaulting women (and admitting to it) might have something to do with his hating women.

There is a reason that the old saying about not talking about money, religion and politics with others exists. 90% of the people in my life have no idea what my religion or political beliefs are and they don't know about my financial situation either. It's just not a good idea.

That's how Progs roll. I lost a lot of friends as well when I left the Proggy plantation (even though I was forced off of it).

Who cares? Those people are never happy anyway.
