That is a hefty jump.

July 30th is when Q2 gdp comes out. There isn't too much data left for these trackers to input. We are only 2 weeks away.

Unless some really bad numbers come in between now and then, we are probably looking at a at or near 4% Q2 growth rate.

bunyan and bamarep, at this late hour in the quarter's data collection, and on this wave of good news...

are either of you going to sack up and join me in offering a projection for the quarter or year?

Hey 90proof, I forgot the answer to this maybe you can help me.

We get 4 quarters of gdp growth rates. Those are annualized right? So what determines what the final gdp growht rate is for the year?

The average of all 4 or just the Q4 estimate?

I never participated in this.

Just as I don’t make foolish statements like spending is a revenue issue.

Taxes on a postcard!

i know; you never actually do.

i just like calling you out for your passive-aggressive and impotent swipes, followed by your consistent refusal to actually engage

Right.

I engage. And I did in that thread. I actually agreed with part of what you said. I don’t engage in foolishness however.

Do not confuse my unwillingness to engage you when you are foolish with not engaging where appropriate.
