Looking to 2020, if Kasich is the only candidate facing Trump....

In the primary,could this be a battle? If more than one primary candidate, Trump wins going away. The two main winner-take-states are Ohio and Florida,which they'll probably split. Most of the rest are some kind of proportional delegate designation. Trump didn't get 50 percent of the vote in many states (granted there were a lot of candidates). Trump still highly favored, but could this linger on and cost him months of attack time against Dem?

I hope he goes up against him just so we can watch Trump destroy him in the primary debates...he never really saw him as a threat last time around, so he rarely went after him.
