Looking back, why did NYC not use the hospital ship Comfort for COVID patients?

And remember when NYC kicked out Graham's Smartian Purse because Christianity does not support the LGBTQ...whatever movement? (A 20,000 bed facility provided by Reverend Graham to help with COVID patients.)

Makes me think New York City never had a hospital bed problem.

If I recall, they had a huge over supply of temp beds on land so the plan was to move non Covid patients to the hospital ships to make room for the Covid cases. They failed at that, and to make things worse, they mistakenly sent Covid people to the ship and infected those folks too.

They refused a win for Trump

Also, they sent covid pts to nursing homes for maximum kill and to reduce costs for seniors.

It probably had to do with money.

The more these city hospitals could get people do die of COVID in their beds the more federal government money they applied for and acquired. Samaritan's Purse and Comfort were competition.

On April 6 2020, the New York Post claimed that New York City was considering “temporary mass graves” in public parks such as Central Park in an article bearing the headline, “NYC may temporarily bury coronavirus victims in parks: lawmaker.” The New York Post cited a multi-tweet thread published by New York City councilman Mark Levine.

But don't you talk about potential vaccine related deaths you flat-earth right wing extremest conspiracy theorist.
