Bird, you're on the ground down there. How much of a chance does this twit have?

A puncher's chance only if he gets a series of extremely fortunate PR breaks over the next couple of weeks.

Real talk, though, this dickbeater is gonna get his clock cleaned.

Man, I hope you’re right. I’m tired of seeing all of these damn BETO signs every where.

I wish Willie Nelson would go away, and remember when he played a concert in BR in 1982 that turned out to be a fundraiser for Edwin Edwards. Nobody knew about this at the time, but this fact came out afterwards. I haven't liked him since.

I travel the state a good bit. In liberal enclaves signs are eveywhere. Cruz signs showed up after Labor Day in force and I see more of those than Beto these days.

I would say that he has more signs than Hillary but he is 100% more likeable as well.

I have friends that are traditionally republican voting for him. Be it out of hate for Cruz, or because he skateboards, or whatever.

All of that being said, every time that guy opens his mouth he loses potential supporters that aren’t dyed in the wool Democrats. Cruz is looking to win by close to 10%.

Doing that may give him more credibility and acknowledgement than the President wishes to give him, he is always 3 or 4 moves ahead of what is going on, it just looks spontaneous but it is not, The President is in the Zone

T,

I was in SA this week. Was happy to see Stone Oak and 281 area was pretty solid in Cruz signs.

His chances lie somewhere between slim and none, but he will do better than any Dem Senate candidate since Lloyd Bentsen.

Policy-wise, he just is not a good fit for Texas, but he is young, attractive and articulate. Like it or not, those three characteristics DO carry some weight in modern politics.
