How pathetic do you have to be to endorse someone you disagree with almost everything on because of feelings?

Ive got a simple question on these. Look at Donald Trumps platform. Arguably he is more liberal than any Republican candidate before him. Hes protectionist on trade, anti war, big on infrastructure and farm subsidies.

Why now would they go to the candidate that is even FURTHER left than him?

Foreign policy wise he has been incredible so you cant use temperament against him. He insults his opposing candidate? give me a break.

quote:

"President Trump is not always 100 percent wrong, but he is 100 percent wrong for America," the Biden-backing editorial declares. "Trump has many admirable accomplishments from his first term in office. We can find much common ground with Trump supporters, including judicial appointments, tax policy, support for gun rights, even inroads to Middle East peace. Trump has been able to accomplish this despite many in the media and Congress working to stop him at every opportunity."

quote:

"He is a consummate linguistic takedown artist, ripping apart all comers to the delight of his fanbase but at the expense of the nation," the editorial states. "America faces many challenges and needs a president to build this country up. This appears to be outside of Mr. Trump’s skill set."

quote:

"Our policy disagreements with Joe Biden are significant," the authors wrote. "Despite our endorsement of his candidacy, we expect to spend a significant portion of the next four years disagreeing with the Biden administration on our editorial pages."

So they practically agree with Trump on almost all policy issues but because he says mean things on twitter they are throwing their support behind Biden even though Biden will send our country down the shitter.

These mother frickers are retarded.

Maybe they don’t disagree anymore. Ownership probably got liberal and wants to move away from its past.

Sounds like a forced endorsement if I ever heard one lol

So Trump is mean and a loud mouth with lots to be proud of and we will spend the next four years disagreeing with Joe.

Yes at least on interventionist foreign policy. However they claim to have supported every conservative after him as well meaning Bush etc.
