60% come from the other 49 states combined. Meaning the 40% from within her own state is an overwhelming majority if considering a single state to be an issue and the focus. Hell, if 40% of all terrorism came from one nation would it not be prudent to scrutinize that one nation more closely? How about terrorism if is rooted 40% in one religious sect?
How about if 40% of the taxes paid in come from one segment of society while %60 pay zero?

Well no guns are manufactured in the State of Louisiana, so technically 100% of the guns recovered here come from outside the state.
Also, isn’t Chicago basically on the boarder and extremely close to Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan? Wouldn’t that have something to do with it? Or does she think if it traded places with Springfield, gun violence wouldn’t be an issue?

Sooo, the Republican states with all those guns, some of which, are being sold to Chicago residents, have negligible homicide rates. Yet the few numbers of those guns, sold to Chicago produce historic numbers of killings in Chicago? Something besides guns is going on in this situation.
