Life ins co denies death benefit for vaccine injury due to suicide clause

LINK - https://freewestmedia.com/2022/01/14/life-insurer-refuses-to-cover-vaccine-death/

PARIS
Life insurer refuses to cover vaccine death

quote:

An explosive case is currently being hotly debated on social media: In France, a rich, older entrepreneur from Paris is said to have died as a result of a Corona injection. Previously, he had taken out multi-million dollar life insurance policies for the benefit of his children and grandchildren, according to a media report.

According to the company, an experimental vaccination resulting in death is like suicide
The insurance company justified the refusal of payment to the family by stating that the use of experimental medication or treatments, including Corona injections, is expressly excluded from the insurance contract. The family’s subsequent lawsuit against the insurance company has been unsuccessful.

The court allegedly justified its ruling as follows: “The side effects of the experimental vaccine are published and the deceased could not claim to have known nothing about it when he voluntarily took the vaccine. There is no law or mandate in France that compelled him to be vaccinated. Hence his death is essentially suicide.” Since suicide is not covered by the policy from the outset, the insurance refuses to budge.

Scandalous verdict: taking a fatal risk is legally suicide

I’ll expect we will hear more of this happening.

Whoa that is some shady stuff. But at the same time, if he got the insurance *based on* potentially dying of Covid, you’d think he would’ve checked the coverage for it before signing.

I thought it was going to say that he committed suicide by not being vaxxed.

Did not see that one coming.

Can’t wait for insurance to play both sides of this. Died from vax; oh sorry not fda approved breach of policy. Didn’t get the vax; oh well I guess you don’t qualify for any health coverage as relates to Covid up to and including death.

So the court agrees, taking the jab is suicide.

Won’t be much an issue in the US. Life insurance has a 2 year window for false information and then all bets are off.

I remember being mocked when I said ins would be denying and charging higher premiums for those who volunteer for a social experiment injection.

I'm pretty sure this is the main reason that OSHA the SC wanted no part of mandating it. You require it for work and your workplace becomes responsible for any minor or major issues that arise from it, the lawsuits would be waist deep from sore arms and cardiac problems
