I am a teacher and was opposed to her being nominated and confirmed due to her hilariously terrible understanding of educating children.
HOWEVER, I now realize that she was put there to undo some of the Obama’s crap and scale down the department. She is doing a great job of that.

You clearly don't know how that process works. Almost all states have adopted the Common Core standards as their own. DeVos has exactly zero power to change that. And we like education to be controlled by the states anyway, right?
