Liberals, please give me a logistically plausible alternative to “camps” for migrants

Where else could we/should we hold large amounts of people as they await the court process? Let them right in and roam our streets freely? Send them back to the dangerous sands of northern mex?
What is the alternative?

I was shocked to hear the other day on the Bongino show that over 90% of illegals, never appear for their court date! I knew it was high, but not that high.

I suspect there are a lot of immigration lawyers/activists who are telling them their chances are better to just not show up.
