Liberals, if illegals are coming into the country because Americans demand cheap labor

Then how does making them citizens solve anything?
The demand for cheap labor isn’t going away and there are millions more waiting south of the border to fill the need.

They also want to double the minimum wage.

It may be their demise. Hispanic communities are family oriented and have conservative values of hard work leads to success. Republicans can flip that to their advantage. Plus they've witnessed corrupt socialist governments first hand and want no part of it. There is a way to bring this group into the GOP tent. I, for one, would welcome that.

There is not a rational explanation for what liberals support.
They're either:
1. actively trying to destroy the country, or
2. they're too stupid to realize that's what the people in group #1 are about.

They will still vote Democrat to obtain government entitlements and loose immigration laws.

While they wait for citizenship, which could take years, they get exploited for their less-than-market wages.
There's no issue now when they become a citizen later, from a wage standpoint, since they will typically already be making more than the current minimum wage anyway. Perhaps double the minimum wage in many areas.
Raise the minimum wage to $15 and you're not really doing anything to the people paying for illegal labor. You're really just hurting people and businesses that hire high school and college kids, who make up a huge portion of the people currently making minimum wage.
Since most people are not hirers, but workers, it hurts less people than the number Democrat votes that get imported.
Anyways, trying figuring out liberal logic is not often a productive pursuit, lol.

illegal immigration never gets stopped because Democrats want the votes. While many Hispanics do vote Republican more vote Democrat.
And Chamber of Commerce Republicans use illegal immigrants to keep wages down.

This is your answer. They know amnesty is inevitable so the more they can pump across the border now, the better. The democrats are already "converging" the victim classes into one massive, ambiguously political, anti cis-white voting bloc. The "gay vote" has melted into the "LGBTQ+" vote. The "black vote" is now part of the "POC" vote. Democrats know that race and class victimology are easy to sell and demographics in this country are shifting. open borders puts that agenda into hyper drive.

These people also believe that the supply of housing affects rents, but somehow the supply of labor does not affect wages.
