Easter itself is a pagan holiday. The term is more tolerated than celebrated by Christians. Easter worshipper sounds ridiculous.

I don't nor have I ever worshipped Easter. I offer my worship to Jesus Christ each and every day. On Easter, I give special attention to the fact Jesus Christ was resurrected after his death.

Sure, they could have chosen alternate phrasing. They could have said “Christian worshippers” or something similar, but I read the word choice as an attempt to reinforce that the attacks occurred on an important religious holiday.
No, they did not use the word “Christian,” and there MAY be a half-dozen people on the entire planet who do not understand that Easter is a Christian holiday. I am sure that those half-dozen people were completely fooled by those sneaky tweeters.
This entire thread is just a continuation of the false martyrdom of the “victims” of a non-existent “War on Christianity.”
