Not trade issues
Not our failing education system
Not our abysmal VA
Not failing Obamacare
Not dreamers
Not amnesty
Not rampant government corruption
Not social security shortfall concerns
Not Medicare
Not Medicaid
Not environmental concerns
Not infrastructure
Not election frickery
Not trade issues
Not minimum wage
Not women's equal pay
Not gun rights
Not student loan crisis
Not campaign finance
Not military spending
Not intellectual property theft
Not cutting government spending
Not cutting poverty
Not escalating drug prices
Not declining health care
Not physician shortages
No, not any of these listed issues or many others that could be listed. The Champion of the People's party is going to start their tenure of controlling the House of the People with:
wait for it
wait for it
wait some more for it
Donald Trump's fricking tax returns. Are any Dems just a little bit embarrassed by this? Why doesn't your party actually try to do something to benefit the American public?

House Democrats’ first order of business in the new Congress will be targeting President Trump’s tax returns, setting the confrontational tone of the lower chamber.

House Speaker-designate Nancy Pelosi and Rep. John Sarbanes of Maryland outlined the Democrats’ first bill in a recent op-ed for the Washington Post, saying the Democrats’ majority will “bring real change to restore our democracy.”

Yeah, Van Jones was saying this on election night. This is probably good for Republicans.

Because they don’t have any good ideas. I thought this was obvious?

I mean....some things are just more important man. Thank god they are looking out for the average American!

We knew this when the Dems took the house. Their first order of business is to impeach Trump. Who cares about the people

How do they plan on getting them? "We are congress. We demand you show us your tax returns." "NO." "But we are congress." "NO". "We are congress, we demand that you, the IRS, give us this man's tax returns."

That's what their base cares about. Do you think beta shake and Rex care about policy? No, just want to hear how Orange man is bad.

they don't care, they have no shame. Trump needs to declassify right now. PERIOD.END.OF.SUBJECT. If he waits for the dems to be the majority and tries to use his trump card to make them fulfill his agenda's he was elected to do--- he is lameduck toast.
Ryan is waiting in the sidelines with Kasich to be President and get their gravy train back. Frick the Q BS, so many dates have passed.

A summary of the bill released Friday includes broad changes to federal campaign and ethics laws. It would create national automatic voter registration, call to “end partisan gerrymandering,” require “all political organizations” to disclose donors and overhaul the Federal Election Commission. It would also revamp federal ethics laws, including mandating the disclosure of the president’s tax returns, which President Donald Trump has so far refused to do. Full details of the bill were not immediately available Friday morning.

It’s actually a broad bill covering a number of subjects. Leave it to Fox News to give you 1/10th the story though.

It's gonna die in the Senate.

It's still a joke. Useless they are.

Actually a small piece of the overall agenda, which is the same it's been for about 2 years: hammer on Trump 24x7.
And if this doesn't pan out, then the old reliable safety net, muh Russians, is waiting below.

So they are making a law that says “Donald Trump must show us his taxes”

Nothing will happen with this. Senate will never pass something like that. Even if it did make it toast the Senate, Truno has veto power and it will die in his desk.

It's not hyperbole to say that the Left are evil.
They are the enemies of Western Civilization and their willingness to cause "collateral damage" in their quest to get President Trump is proof.
BTW, for any idiots out there who don't know, the "collateral damage" they speak of means everything that's good for America.

It's not like the IRS hasn't had them. Do you think nobody at the IRS has looked at them?
Tax return release are not required to be President. They can frick off. I hope he refuses any subpoena by them. They have zero right to his personal finances. Zero.
You want to open this Pandora's box. Ok. I want Maxine Water's tax returns. Based on her salary how does she now have millions? How many other politicians went into DC as a member of the middle class yet now they are millionaires?
Sorry but you don't just get to search indefinitely for possible crimes. What exactly do they think they will find in a tax return. Do they think he has a line item for payment from Putin?
By the way, I would have no problem with every member of congress from both sides having a full blown ethics audit of their finances upon leaving DC. You think Maxine would vote yes on that bill?

They'll try and add some important issue or spending to the bill, so if not passed they will hammer the repubs for being heartless.
