Hillary told Podesta to kill Seth because he hacked and delivered DNC emails to Wikileaks on a thumb drive. Seth Rich’s original attempted killers were MS13 gang members. They actually failed. Seth was still alive in the hospital so Podesta sent in another one of his professional hit men to finish the job and Seth was murdered and died in the hospital. The two original MS13 gang members who failed were found dead in New Jersey shortly thereafter.
Why do you think Trump was demonizing MS13 at his rallies after Seth Rich died? He knows how he died and he is sending a message to Hillary that he knows.

This is a good question.
Maybe he mentored somebody who is still in and they use him like comey uses profs. I dunno, I am skeptical.

Assange all but admitted this long ago. He also put up 20,000 dollars as a reward for information on Seth's murder. Damn this is sickening though.

The current Dem obsession with "obstruction" suggests that the DNC is seriously worried that the truth about Seth's murder is about to come out.

Highly unlikely someone was “sent in” to finish the job, especially in such a secure setting where access is limited to outsiders.
Think inside job.
Would be interesting to assess the affiliations and comms of the hospital staff and doctors who were involved in Seth’s care.
Don’t forget, Donna Brazile was present at the hospital shortly after his arrival.
She admitted to being in fear for her life following this event.

He knows all.I believed he retired because he saw the way the NSA was going to use the tools(many of his creation),to spy on Americans.
