Has the last 6 weeks of rioting, looting, protesting and general lawlessness made your less racist or more racist. I hate to say I was onboard for peaceful protests early on, but after all this.......meh. Especially when I see billions of dollars of property destroyed, yet the black on black crime (especially the killed children) this weekend keeps happening. No way black lives matter to these folks while all this self crime is going on.

ETA - after reading a few comments, I realize I should say more or less indifferent to the movement. I didn't mean to imply I was racist to begin with. I'm just anti-BLM and what they stand for. I don't consider myself racist, but I'm sure BLM would and I find that racist.

I love that I hear more people saying black instead of African American.

Tbh I've remained the same treating others how they treat me and knowing that there is trash in all colors.

I just acknowledge that there are stupid people with different colors than myself and also stupid people with similar colors to myself.

It's all about the election and thugs doing thug things. Nothing will change. Just thugs acting like thugs until they get put in prison or have their skulls cracked.

It’s ironic for me.
I used to listen to what these black leaders had to say.
Now they’re burning down cities, fabricating hoaxes all wanting to be heard, and I will no longer pay attention to what they have to say.

I’ve not become any more “racist”. I don’t consider myself racist at all. I just see stupid people. Doesn’t matter the color. I treat all people with the respect I want in return.

I’m the same toward black people I personally know but overall I’ve probably been more racist in general. I wouldn’t say I’m a racist by definition but I have said some borderline racist things about the people perpetrating these riots and acts of violence. And I do not apologize for it, because everything I said is true

It has made me realize how many blacks are easily manipulated by white liberals.

I'm not going to say "more racist", since I work with a lot of black people, and they seem pretty shocked/disgusted with a lot of the shite going on, too.
It's been nice to stay connected to actual real human beings on a social level, since the media definitely is fanning the flames on things.

Now, I do think we're all getting a lot more short-tempered.

Also- and this is separate from racism:
"Prejudice"- by definition, this is the act of pre-judging a situation based on prior knowledge or experience.
I'm going to say we're all becoming more "prejudiced", more wary. Everyone's on high alert and heads on a swivel.

That's not the question I'm intrigued with. The purpose of the rioting is to get rid of Trump. I ask:
'Has the last 6 weeks of rioting, looting....made you more likely to vote for Biden?'
It seems counterproductive unless the left really believes normal people will pay the ransom and vote Dem in order to stop the attacks.

Neither.
It’s made me more of an introvert.
People disappoint me.

But if I had to render a verdict, I’m more disgusted with many white people.

Racist? No. I still believe all people are made in God's image and have inherent dignity and worthy because of that, regardless of what they look like.

It's made me despise leftist ideology even more, though.

100%

I've had multiple shitty run-ins with the police so I was onboard with police reform. Then the next day I was being told I was evil and racist because I'm white. It was also obvious this was becoming a leftist movement with racism and BLM being used as a shield.

Making more racism. And, I believe that is what they want. When things happen because of all this, blacks will point and say, “see, we told you” when in reality race relations have been better than they have ever been.

Been talking with white people my whole life and we know that within any group, things are said to each other that are not spoken outside. I know it has been night and day different from 30-40 years ago.
