Leftists claim to care about the poor

We all know that economic illiteracy is a prerequisite to be a Leftist.
You would think that just by chance, they'd support just one policy that isn't inflationary. I can't think of a single one. Well, maybe drug legalization, but that's it.
My question to the board; Do you know of any policy that Leftists support that doesn't help to crush purchasing power?

The politicians are corrupt or retarded same as the voters . Democrats do nothing to help the poor. Trumps pro America agenda did a lot for the poor. It raised their pay and gave them better job opportunities.
