It's frightening to think there could have been ANYONE stupider. I certainly can't see one from my lifetime or even from the beginning of the digital age of being able to see presidents recorded in action.

Biden is, and always has been, a dumb man. Georgie junior didn't seem real bright either but part of that was an act and even if it wasn't he's still smarter than Joe by a lot.

Biden was pretty fricking dumb long before his started showing obvious signs of dementia. Calling him dumb now is like picking on your dog for being unintelligent. Sure, it's true...but it's not his fault at this point.

In my lifetime, Gerald Ford and W Bush, but Obama was by far the biggest airhead. The media made him look like a genius, but on The Hill, he was known to be kind of a bimbo.

He wasn't adept at all as president, but you can't read his memoirs (of which, by all accounts, he personally penned every word by hand) and think he was actually a "dumb" man by any stretch. Also, regardless of what you might think morally of his tactics, you can't look at what he did as a commanding general and think the same thing either.

Yes. Even taking his senility out of the equation, he is still easily the dumbest President we’ve ever had. His IQ has to be somewhere in the 80s. This is the guy who was against killing Osama Bin Laden, probably the literal easiest decision a President has ever made. He was almost certainly the dumbest, least accomplished member of the Senate during his entire time there (with the possible exception of Carol Mosely Braun).
As far as Presidents - we've certainly had some dumb ones (look no further than W.) and some corrupt ones (LBJ? Looking at you, Tiger?), but the combination seems very dangerous in this case. And we're not even getting into the *ahem* "medical" portion of this analysis.
